COMPACT ELECTRIC VALVES FOR SPRAYING FLUIDS
A Series of Compact Electric Valves for spraying and dispensing low viscosity fluids.
These valves are electrically actuated directly from 24 volts DC from your PLC. The simple direct acting valve design give high speed operation and long service life. There are no dynamic seals to wear and leak.
The small size and light weight of these dispensing valves make them ideal for use in confined areas or on weight sensitive high speed moving installations.

OPERATING DATA
Fluid is dispensed when the built in solenoid is energized, moving the plunger assembly away from the valve seat. The plunger has no seals or packings to inhibit its movement, and thus responds uniformly with each actuation, providing accurate repeatability. This ensures that the amounts of fluids dispensed will always be alike for the same time setting and pressures. The positive shut off saves material, and ensures that the fluid will be deposited where required.
Although the operating characteristics are greatly dependent upon the fluid used, typically with thin fluids, the spray can be controlled with an on time in the millisecond range.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Ideal for many industrial spray applications, to apply low to medium viscosity fluids, in controlled patterns. Low pressure eliminates excessive overspray, and permits gentle deposition on delicate fabrics.
Appropriate for chemical application such as perfumes, silicones, lubricants, sealants, water, etc., where stainless steel construction is essential. Ideal in limited spaces, and for robotic and automation equipment, where a lightweight head improves the entire operation. Fits into spaces not accessible to larger conventional type spray guns.
